Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,024 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with OTX2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTX2-to-partner and partner-to-OTX2 results are reported.
