OTX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,824 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7845, RNU6-328P, and PSMD9. Each is linked with OTX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTX2-to-partner and partner-to-OTX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7845 grouped by OTX2-low versus OTX2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
