Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,026 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Negative regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Regulation of cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with OTX2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTX2-to-partner and partner-to-OTX2 results are reported.
