OTUD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,935 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADNP2, ATP5F1B, and GOT1. Each is linked with OTUD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD4-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADNP2 grouped by OTUD4-low versus OTUD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
