Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,008 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTOS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, ATP biosynthetic process, and Tail-anchored membrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with OTOS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOS-to-partner and partner-to-OTOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Oxidative phosphorylation grouped by OTOS-low versus OTOS-high in STAD.
