Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL104P, FAM242E, and RNA5SP361. Each is linked with OTOS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOS-to-partner and partner-to-OTOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL104P grouped by OTOS-low versus OTOS-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
