The most reproducible OTOS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of calcineurin-NFAT signaling cascade, Regulation of calcineurin-mediated signaling, and Serotonin uptake. Each is linked with OTOS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOS-to-partner and partner-to-OTOS results are reported.
