OTOP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTOP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 577 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP2A13, FAXC, and PPP1R2C. Each is linked with OTOP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOP1-to-partner and partner-to-OTOP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP2A13 grouped by OTOP1-low versus OTOP1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
