OSR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,305 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, LAMB2, and CD34. Each is linked with OSR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSR1-to-partner and partner-to-OSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSR1 versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
