OSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1P2, FAM74A1, and OR6C65. Each is linked with OSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSR1-to-partner and partner-to-OSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1P2 grouped by OSR1-low versus OSR1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
