OSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, FASN, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with OSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSR1-to-partner and partner-to-OSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by OSR1-low versus OSR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
