Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,015 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Embryonic skeletal limb joint morphogenesis, Negative regulation of epithelial cell differentiation involved in kidney development, and Limb joint morphogenesis. Each is linked with OSR1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSR1-to-partner and partner-to-OSR1 results are reported.
