OSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-2, MYF5, and MYOD1. Each is linked with OSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSR1-to-partner and partner-to-OSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-2 grouped by OSR1-low versus OSR1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
