OSGIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSGIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 730 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSGIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN9-IT1, RN7SL135P, and RNU1-7P. Each is linked with OSGIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSGIN1-to-partner and partner-to-OSGIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN9-IT1 grouped by OSGIN1-low versus OSGIN1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSGIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSGIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
