ORM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 215 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC27P, OR5D2P, and MIR3167. Each is linked with ORM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORM2-to-partner and partner-to-ORM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
