ORAI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORAI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 366 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORAI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-38P, RNU6-622P, and RNA5SP525. Each is linked with ORAI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORAI2-to-partner and partner-to-ORAI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-38P grouped by ORAI2-low versus ORAI2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
