Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR8D4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR8D4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRNB3, KRTAP6-1, and AKAIN1. Each is linked with OR8D4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR8D4-to-partner and partner-to-OR8D4 results are reported.
