OR7C2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR7C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANXA5, NDUFB6, and PHB. Each is linked with OR7C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7C2-to-partner and partner-to-OR7C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANXA5 grouped by OR7C2-low versus OR7C2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR7C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR7C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
