The most reproducible OR7A1P-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-1, RNU6ATAC22P, and SSX9P. Each is linked with OR7A1P in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7A1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR7A1P results are reported.
