Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7A1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,770 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR7A1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-binding transcription factor activity, Protein localization to mitochondrion, and Barbed-end actin filament capping. Each is linked with OR7A1P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7A1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR7A1P results are reported.
