OR5T2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR5T2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5T2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM25G, EPPIN, and ACTRT1. Each is linked with OR5T2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5T2-to-partner and partner-to-OR5T2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM25G grouped by OR5T2-low versus OR5T2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5T2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5T2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
