Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5T2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR5T2 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher OR5T2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5T2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ESCA show a favorable association.

BRCA, LIHC, and READ are the cancer types where OR5T2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
