Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4S1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMN1, USP43, and PLXNB2. Each is linked with OR4S1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4S1-to-partner and partner-to-OR4S1 results are reported.
