OR4P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are WSCD1, CTR9, and PAG1. Each is linked with OR4P4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4P4-to-partner and partner-to-OR4P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WSCD1 grouped by OR4P4-low versus OR4P4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
