Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR4P4 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher OR4P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, SKCM, and SARC are the cancer types where OR4P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
