Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4D9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR4D9-associated genes across cancer lineages are WSCD1, CTR9, and PAG1. Each is linked with OR4D9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4D9-to-partner and partner-to-OR4D9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WSCD1 grouped by OR4D9-low versus OR4D9-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
