Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2Y1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,171 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2Y1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Carbohydrate biosynthetic process, Regulation of exocytosis, and Negative regulation of binding. Each is linked with OR2Y1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2Y1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2Y1 results are reported.
