OR2Y1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2Y1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2Y1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4779, MIR6792, and TXNP3. Each is linked with OR2Y1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2Y1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2Y1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4779 grouped by OR2Y1-low versus OR2Y1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2Y1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2Y1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
