Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2W3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,388 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2W3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM58, OR2T8, and OR2T33. Each is linked with OR2W3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2W3-to-partner and partner-to-OR2W3 results are reported.
