Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2W3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2W3 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher OR2W3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2W3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and UVM show a favorable association.
LUSC, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where OR2W3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
