OR2T8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2T8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T8-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT5a, p62 Lck ligand, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with OR2T8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T8-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT5a grouped by OR2T8-low versus OR2T8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2T8→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2T8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
