Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2T8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPPP2, FAM71C, and OR8B12. Each is linked with OR2T8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T8-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T8 results are reported.
