Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2T6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T6-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFIKKN1, USHBP1, and CBLIF. Each is linked with OR2T6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T6-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T6 results are reported.
