OR2T4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2T4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH11, INTS1, and MATN3. Each is linked with OR2T4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T4-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2T4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2T4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
