OR2G2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2G2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2G2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP14, MEAK7, and ZIK1P1. Each is linked with OR2G2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2G2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2G2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUSP14 grouped by OR2G2-low versus OR2G2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2G2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2G2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
