OR2C1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,162 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2C1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBXN6, IVNS1ABP, and RPL21. Each is linked with OR2C1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2C1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR2C1 versus UBXN6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
