OR2B6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2B6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,564 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2B6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA processing, Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin, and Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with OR2B6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2B6-to-partner and partner-to-OR2B6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA processing grouped by OR2B6-low versus OR2B6-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2B6→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2B6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
