Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2B6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2B6 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher OR2B6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2B6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and OV show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and COAD are the cancer types where OR2B6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
