OR2AS2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2AS2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,159 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2AS2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REEP5, CAVIN2, and COG5_S197. Each is linked with OR2AS2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2AS2P-to-partner and partner-to-OR2AS2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR2AS2P versus REEP5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2AS2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2AS2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
