Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR2AS2P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR2AS2P expression is associated with patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR2AS2P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, OR2AS2P RNA expression shows 2,779 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight OV, KIRP, and UCEC as cancer lineages where OR2AS2P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes OR2AS2P survival associations across molecular data types. OR2AS2P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (3). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible OR2AS2P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High OR2AS2P expression shows unfavorable associations in OV, LIHC and PRAD. The OV Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .040). Together, the overview and detailed table identify OV as the clearest survival context for OR2AS2P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for OR2AS2P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. OR2AS2P shows lower tumor expression in KIRP. The KIRP box plot shows higher OR2AS2P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.059, t-test p = .008).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with OR2AS2P in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, OR2AS2P shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with UCEC recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
