Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2AK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,736 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR2AK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THEMIS, PIK3CA, and MRPS26. Each is linked with OR2AK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2AK2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2AK2 results are reported.
