Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,818 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Methylation, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with OR2A4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2A4-to-partner and partner-to-OR2A4 results are reported.
