Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,430 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Basophil activation, Actin filament severing, and Barbed-end actin filament capping. Each is linked with OR2A4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2A4-to-partner and partner-to-OR2A4 results are reported.
