Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2A1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,025 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2A1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF35-AS1, ARHGEF5, and OR2A7. Each is linked with OR2A1-AS1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2A1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2A1-AS1 results are reported.
