OR1Q1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1Q1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 279 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1Q1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R12BP1, RN7SL822P, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with OR1Q1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1Q1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1Q1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R12BP1 grouped by OR1Q1-low versus OR1Q1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1Q1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1Q1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
