Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1L3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,438 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1L3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNM1P28, RPSAP67, and ZMYND19. Each is linked with OR1L3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L3-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L3 results are reported.
