Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1I1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,307 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1I1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT4H1, PTPN11_Y542, and HNRNPC_S260. Each is linked with OR1I1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1I1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1I1 results are reported.
