OR1I1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1I1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 221 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1I1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP6R2, REC8, and ARFRP1. Each is linked with OR1I1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1I1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1I1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR1I1 versus PPP6R2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1I1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1I1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
