OR1I1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1I1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1I1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, FOXO3a, and PR. Each is linked with OR1I1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1I1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1I1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by OR1I1-low versus OR1I1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1I1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1I1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
