Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1I1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1I1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNB1, EPHA6, and KIDINS220. Each is linked with OR1I1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1I1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1I1 results are reported.
